Greetings!

I am Lord Brian Crawford, protege of Jarl Timmeke Haakonson. I am proud member of the Barony of Tir-y-don and alumnus of the College of Rencester. I am dedicated to the service of my Kingdom and Barony wherever they should have need of me. I am an active fencer and a Scholar of the Academie d'Espee. I particularly enjoy fencing melees. I am also an avid brewer, producing both beer and cordials. I have the honor of being Their Majesties Royal Brewer. I am presently working to develop a number of period accurate beer recipes as well as researching and teaching several brewing classes. I am also interested in period black powder arms and a member of the Guild of St Barbara, who among other activities provides the signal cannons for Pennsic.

I'll be posting class handouts and other materials related to my brewing research on this site as well as other SCA related material. I hope you will find it useful.
